hi, i currently have a server of my own, dont use permissionsEX its shit compared to groupmanager essentails,
just type in utube, groupmanger essentails installation

Use PEX, set up a group, the way I do it is type /pex group groupnamehere set message-format "&9[Test Group] &f%player: %message"
