I have been working on a texture pack for myself and my friends for a while, and I tried to make custom paintings. It is standard res, not HD. For some reason, my paintings have all shown up just a plain white-ish color. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

Hmmm. Plain white usually means "texture not found", though MC should revert to the default if this is the case.
Are you sure you saved it as a .png rather than another format?
Also, check your alpha channels. If you have a rogue alpha channel (for example, if you saved a selection in photoshop) it'll affect the in-game appearance of the texture.
Also, what program are you using? That might lend us a clue.

Also, I checked, and it is a .png so it shouldn't have any problems but it does. Do I need to put up a download for the texture?

It would help, I guess.

Nevermind! I fixed it! It turned out I accidently resized the image and it put some white space in the corners. I just removed the white space and everything went better than expected! Thanks anyway!
