MobSpawner won't be so complicated, just choose the mob and the time between 2 spawns (It could be just 1 mob for each mobspawner). I'm gonna make the redstone triggers too. :smile.gif:
Doesn't seem to work if you cover a side with fences, for some reason. Every other block is fine, but not fences.
Otherwise apparently that is what they do...I didn't know that.
Oops, I probably should have clarified a little more. They rotate if the block blocking them is opaque. Transparent blocks, and for some reason double stone slabs, don't do it.
I know they are, but in the musicScripts.txt in your AC map folder, how do you signalize sharps?
It's the same thing, in scripting they're represented by typing shift + number desired. So an E Major scale for instance would be represented by 2#$56&*9.
Then its probably not really fixable not unless I can get a way to identify what Macs are broken and which ones aren't.
How much info do you need? or is simply stating that I am running a 10.5.8 enough? xp I know they are horrible for modding minecraft due to code conflicts etc. but adventurecraft has worked for me in the past. Absolutely love this mod and am really hoping that you can somehow fix it. It would be nice to experiment with scripting and putting custom music in my map xD
Could you explain a little bit more better how r958 works regarding disabling debug and mapedit on loading into a file? Nothing has seemingly changed when I edit my map between the "load save" and "craft map" modes, is there only a difference when you download a map from someone else?
Regardless, I don't think removing debug mode from map players is a good idea - it allows them to continue on regardless of scripting errors or bugs or mistakes they make themselves that could force them to reset otherwise.
I don't want to create exactly AdventureCraft but for Smp, I just want to impelements the mechanic trigger, the plugin will probably be called "AdventureCraft Server Lite"(I know, THAT's a big name :biggrin.gif:).
I added the MobSpawner, RedstoneTrigger and RedstonePower. I will continue with Inverter and Triggered Door. :smile.gif:
Im very new to adventurecraft and i need some help with something that is probably very basic. ive looked everywhere and cant find it. all i need to know is where i can download or how i can generate a completely flat map so i can start creating my adventure. i see flat maps of youtube tutorials all the time and have also flown around some maps i downloaded such as zelda adventure and saw that some of those maps were created from completely flat maps. thank you in advance!
There is any way to equip the Npcs with items? Like swords, or make them hold an apple,etc?
Thanks in advance :smile.gif:
*EDIT*
Ok, nevermind i found it in the wiki:
heldItem
The item that will be held by this ScriptEntity. Only bipeds like skeletons, zombies, and NPCs will actually show the item.
But i cannot find how to create a ScriptEntity in a script :/ Anyone knows the code to do it?
That confused me to, when I started scripting. A ScriptEntity is any entity that has a script running for it. Really, it would be a lot less confusing if they were just called Entities, because there is no difference between them, at least as far as I can tell.
What you want to do is put this in a script:
var newItemID = 267
var heldItem = new Item(newItemID)
entity.setHeldItem(heldItem)
Change newItemID to the Item ID you want the NPC to hold. Then, set the script as the NPC's onCreated/onNewSave script. It should work (I tested it and it worked for me.), but tell me if it doesn't.

You'll want to take a look at this video:
If you don't have photoshop use GIMP, and go to Windows -> Dockable Dialogs -> Channels and edit each channel separately.

My YouTube Channel - vingamer0723! Like Platformers?

I think this should be fixed with the new launcher in the most recent download. Let me know if its still broken.

Also, I found this info on the script guide page of the wiki: http://adventurecraft.wikkii.com/wiki/Script_guide
It is still doing it =(
Have had this problem since 651, or was it since the update after affect blocks? can't really remember xp

does anyone could find a way to give items to an NPC? for example, a Diamond axe? xD

I thought this was a standalone mod that didn't mess with anything else...
It is. But it is still needs a .jar to modify. Cryect is not going to allow you to play if you don't have Minecraft.
