Hey everyone!
Do you want a professional, easy to use "obsidian ingots" mod? Well here you go - Obsidian Ingots!
This mod brings you those features you always wanted -- super powerful obsidian armor, and amazing obsidian tools. Aside from this, Obsidian Ingots brings a new resource into the game, "Platinum," which is slightly more powerful than gold!  Even more, you can make those precious Lapis Lazuli tools and armor you always wanted!  Don't forget Redstone tools and armor!  The mod doesn't actually change much. The first thing you will notice is the new use for obsidian blocks. If you smelt an obsidian block, you will receive one "Obsidian Ingot." With this, you can craft armor, weapons, bows and tools just like you can with other resources. The tools are very powerful, even more than Diamond. The armor is even better, it has amazing resistance against falls, mobs, and fire.  But wait...there's more! Obsidian Ingots also includes Obsidian TNT - an incredibly powerful TNT block that drops nearly all blocks it destroys, making it the dynamite of choice when mining!  Also, the super-powerful Lightning Rod brings Zeus's power into your blocky hands!  These features and many more are included in this vast, powerful mod!

Obsidian Ingots now includes Steve's Stopwatch, a new item which, upon being right-clicked, sets the game's time to noon!

There will be one file:

1. ObsidianIngots

PC:

AFTER INSTALLING FORGE:

Click on the 'Start' menu, and click run. In run, type in, "%appdata%". From there, locate the .minecraft folder, and open the folder called "mods." If it doesn't exist, just create it. Now, place the "ObsidianIngots" folder directly into "mods." You can close out of all these windows now. Run the game and you should be good to go!

Mac:

AFTER INSTALLING FORGE:

In finder, on the top toolbar, click on the 'Go' drop-down menu and then click 'Go to Folder.' In that text box, type in "/Users/YourName/Library/Application Support". Please note to type in your computer's username in the place where I said 'YourName'. From there, locate your 'minecraft' folder, and after opening it find the folder called "mods." If it doesn't exist, just create it. Now, place the "ObsidianIngots" folder directly into "mods." Yay, you're finished! Close out of all these windows now, and run Minecraft. You should be good to go!
NOTE: Be sure to not place the mod's folder's contents into "mods," place the entire folder in itself.

THIS MOD WORKS WITH ALL MODS I HAVE TESTED IT ON.

If a mod is INCOMPATIBLE with Obsidian Ingots, PM me with it's name.

Coffee 1.2.3

Greetings, fellow Minecrafters!  It's morning, you've just gotten out of your blocky bed, and you need to prepare yourself for the day - creepers are peering in your windows, and you see skeletons hiding under trees nearby.  You, however, are woozy from the long night's sleep, yesterday you had build a large fence around your wooden house.  You need to wake yourself up! Food simply won't do the trick.  Here's where 'Coffee' comes in handy!  After crafting a coffee maker, simply right click the coffee maker with your coffee mug, created by crafting clay balls in a U-shaped pattern.  Add special ingredients to your coffee!  With soy milk, vanilla extract, and even ice, make yourself your dream cup of Joe!  Even more, hold shift while right clicking the coffee maker to fill up your mug with fresh decaf coffee!  No joke, there are over 24 combinations of ingredients, giving you the ability to turn your little dirt hut into a world-class coffee shop!  But wait, there's more!  Every kind of coffee gives your player a unique, temporary ability, from mining speed to health regeneration!  Add sugar, and your coffee heals you!  Add milk, and the ability lasts longer!  Why are you still reading this?  Download the mod!  It's FREE!

Using WinZip (or some other unarchiver), open up the minecraft.jar file and place all the files in 'Jar' into it. You can close out of all these windows now. Run the game and you should be good to go!

In finder, on the top toolbar, click on the 'Go' drop-down menu and then click 'Go to Folder.' In that text box, type in "/Users/Library/Application Support". Please note to type in your computer's user in the place where I said ''. From there, locate your 'minecraft' folder, and after opening it click 'bin'. Locate the file "minecraft.jar", and rename it "minecraft.jar.zip". Double click the renamed file and then you should see a new file called "minecraft.jar". Throw away the .zip file and open up the new 'minecraft.jar' file. Drag all the files in "Jar" into this folder. Yay, you're finished! Close out of all these windows now, and run minecraft. You should be good to go!

NOTE:
Be sure to not place the mod's entire folders into the specified minecraft ones, only place the included files.

ServerStats 1.0.4

Essential info for any server owner.

Greetings, fellow server owners!  Have you ever found yourself dying to know certain information about your server?  Sometimes I question whether that player who has stockpiled dozens of stacks of diamond blocks REALLY IS in survival mode, or if the server is taking up too much of my computer's RAM.  These questions and many more can be answered by ServerStats.  Beyond this, ServerStats now features a safety mode called "LockDown," where all players who aren't OP or don't have a specified permission node can be kicked out and prevented from joining until the owner turns it off.  Even more, ServerStats logs all player connections, saving the time, username, and IP address of every player who logs in onto a text file stored in the plugin's directory.  Scroll down for commands, permissions, and source code.

Commands:

/ss - displays basic plugin information.

/ss credits - credits for ServerStats.

/ss info - be sure you are up to date.

/ss help [command] - displays all ServerStats commands and how to use them.

/ss stats:

*Displays Bukkit version number.

*Displays Minecraft version number.

*Displays server's number of unique connections.

*Displays server's IP address and port.

*Displays LockDown status.

*Displays server's total, free, and active memory.

*Displays list of players who have OP status.

*Displays player's online players and max slots.

/ss player [playername]:

yes I am having an issue with the Server version of this mod, I have tried using 2.8 and 2.4.1 and am having the same issue with both.

I am using a fresh minecraft_server.jar and only install Minecraft Forge 3.1.2.94 before installing Obsidian Ingots. I am running Minecraft 1.2.5 and server 1.2.5.

then I get an error like this, and yes I know what the error means but Minecraft Forge 3.x is not compatible with ModloaderMP at all plus I only have Modloader and Forge installed on my client and everything works fine.

When running this on a server with xie's farming mod it seems to over ride alot of the recipe's in that mod and when crafting certain tools in will crash your server.

Note that ModLoaderMP is 'ModLoaderMultiPlayer' - it's required if you want to play on a server that has the mod installed.  The server will also need to have a server version of ModLoaderMP installed - SMP and SSP ModLoaderMP are different.  By the way, I think I can just call 'ModLoaderMP' plural, 'ModLoaderMPs' sounds...not natural

Can someone please give me some instructions on putting ObsidianIngots on a server, whenever I go onto the server that I created with this mod, I can't make any of the mod items, and if I go into creative mod and get, say, an obsidian Paxel, I get a message reading "End of stream." and I get booted from the server.

This is an amazing mod, finally a use for my 20+ stacks of Lapis Lazuli. My favorite though, is the lightning rod, especially when I get nine of them and then put them all in my hotbar so that i can just scroll through them while holding down right-click to spam lightning .

I can't seem to get Obsidian Ingots to work.  When I put the entire file into my mods folder it just doesn' change anything in the game.  When I single out the windows SSP folder and put that into my mods folder, it makes my minecraft crash.  I have downloaded both the modloaders and installed them correctly.  It is so frustrating because I really want this awesome mod!  grr.  Is there any way you could help me?

Obsidian Ingots is now dependent upon Forge.  This opens up possibilities for future additions to the mod.  SMP is also much smoother and easier to set up, now that ModLoaderMP has been dropped.  If this is a problem for anyone, or you need any help, feel free to contact me.  I know moving to Forge is a big leap.

Just thought you all might like to know.
