Why do you want to play?: I'm a fairly large Hunger Games fan and I want to expand out of just playing the games hosted by Blocktopia.
Will you be mature?: I have never been immature, so yes.
If you play and win, will you be willing to be an affective admin?: Though I would not be on all the time, I would accept the offer and try to make the game balanced.

And I recommend having the correct people be admins, not just any random winner of the Games. There are a lot of untrustworthy people out there. Also, why not make a separate application for staff? The random winner may be the best at PvP but the worst at staffing and know the least about it as well.
