[Productions Resolute]

UPDATED! [version 3.0]  -Texture Overhaul!

4,000 downloads!

Okay everyone, my banner is one of the finalist for community creations, so I'd appreciate anyone who downloaded to vote. If I win I shall release my updated version of the pack- which is a whole new pack pretty much, without the blue tint, something that truly embraces the beauty of the Witcher and the simplicity of Minecraft.

Welcome! Behold, A piece of Fantasy, a new, work in progress RPG texture pack! It is inspired by a collection of films and games, including Lord of the Rings, The Witcher 2, the Fable series and Game of Thrones.
Since this pack is WIP, and I am still working on items, GUI, Mobs, Art etc, the download will be the terrain.png, the few armours I have made, some animations, on torches, glowstone, furnaces. Water will not be included until finished.
I would also appreciate it if you are to use my textures in any other texture pack, send me a message, it should be fine, just provide a link to my pack.
Any suggestions are welcome! Also note that the textures are subject to change, being unfinished. Don't be afraid to shamelessly promote, either!
Now I think I've got a particle png from dokucraft, the saga continues, so that will be updated and replaced soon!
It will be updated frequently, and now, I fear I have talked too long, take a look!

Everything is pretty much redone in this installment! Though it does not break the feel that a piece of fantasy evokes; It feels like a new pack, but it doesn't!

The thatch you're seeing on the rooftops is actually sponge, FYI.



I've only done flowing water, so it won't be included until I've done still. It's a lot harder than you might think!




New Planks, they're like weatherboards!

So, Like anyother pack, you'll need MCpatcher, find that HERE
Just drop the zip file into your minecraft texturepack folder, located in the .minecraft directory. On a mac it can be found in USER, LIBRARY, APPLICATION SUPPORT, MINECRAFT
Then just open up MCpatcher and hit 'PATCH'

For mac users, if you are opening up the pack to edit, make sure you're zipping the contents, and not the folder.



Click Mr. Pumpkin to download the latest version!

For now I'll stick with one version for ease of updating, until I throw together a customizer.

Fantastic Work! I see this going far...

EDIT: Seems like the Main Post is messed up... might want to fix that. Nevermind...

Just my first thoughts:

- Your Planks and Glass go wonderfully together. I really like the look, but
I think many would prefer an alternate door with regular oak wood coloring
rather then green.

- Also I suggest lightening up the cobblestone it doesn't blend well with your lighter
stone.

- It also seems you're still missing the Jungle Sapling, Chest, and 1.2.4 Plank textures.

Can't wait for more!

Yes, the post was being edited and it well... Went weird.
ANyway that's being fixed, thank you! I will be lightning up the cobble as per your request, and making the door normal. Come to think of it, it would probably work better! And I will certainly get to wrok on those jungle saplings! (And then the chests)

I just tested the first version, normal light stuff, and the 1.2.4 wooden planks are missing.
Very nice pack though.

By the way, they aren't on mediafire right now, not sure if its you doing something with them or what, but i would really like a download haha

This is amazing, I usually only used dokucraft, but this is simply incredible
But some things I hope you do are:

-make the wool a bit cleaner/make a version without the pattern
-not sure if the green planks are the jungle ones, but if they are, I would suggest making them a pinky brown rather than green(just my opinion
-Make sure you keep it updated and awsome!

The green and white wood are meant to be weatherboards, but I can always make alternatives for people who don't like things. I think I'll make a customizer soon, if I can
