Hello,

My name is Dylan and I've been involved in the hosting industry for 5+ years now running and working for many hosts. I've over the past few months been doing research and planning for opening a minecraft hosting company. I'm potentially seeking a partnership if the partner meshes well.I will mainly be handling the technical side of things but I expect some technical knowledge so you can help with support. I however want to make this clear I'm looking for a very serious partner who is dedicated to this project as I believe it will succeed. Here are some requirements I seek in this partner.

• Knowledgable in Linux ( Ubuntu preferably)
  
• WHMCS
  
• Multicraft
  
• Bukkit
  
• Excellent customer service skills
  
• EXCELLENT english written and verbal(this is an absolute requirement)
  
• Proficient at content writing for the site
  
• Either living in the US, or Europe
  
• Potentially investing in the company but not neccesary
  
• Available via phone, email, and other mediums
  
• 18+ years of age
  
• Responsibility
  
• Ability to meet deadlines
  
• Good at documenting your work as documentation is very crucial in this industry

Things that would be nice to see

• Design Skills
  
• Understanding of networking concepts and server security
  
• Knowledge of virtualization technology

Compensation will be negotiated after we talk and I feel that is the next step in this partnership.

I merely posted this here, I understand the young age of the forum, but there is also people over 18 on here. I'm not sure how your post is really relative to myne.

Well... Ill back you up.  The Hosting Requests forum does not have anything to do with creating businesses... but neither does any other forum around here.  I am merely speculating the idea of it at the moment but... would you consider joining a company that is already functioning?

Thank you for the offer but I'm looking to start my own hosting company, but i'll keep the offer in mind.
