Problem: Making WorldEdit snapshots doesn't work

I have followed this link' instructions exactly:

I have installed TrueZIP, but I can't seem to make it work.

I have put a zip file of my map in the backups folder as it should,
but when I use the command /snap list,
it still says none were found.. --> Folder is directed in the config file!

Can anyone help please? Posted Image

Already had Winrar before TrueZip,
and I don't think it's the same kind of program?
