Port Suddenly Closed, Server not working </3

Well, about 3 days ago, my server was working well and portforwarded, no lag what SO ever, everything was fine. The next day it was suddenly closed and my server wasnt working. I've portfowarded it many times, Since I have McAFee, I couldnt find make the firewall unblock the port. but nothing has worked ;(. I have a portchecker aswell, and it said that the port was closed. Every time I tried to unblock the port for portfoward, it still says its blocked and I couldnt reach the server. Please Help
