I would laugh if this is a troll. There are only minor inventory changes. And they changed creative so so so so slightly.... but now i cant dispose of items quickly without dropping them  >

On creative if you expand a piston and 'pick block' it freezes, same with 'pick block' on the Ender Dragon.

On a more serious note, I've done alot of bug hunting in the past but am not going to bother with this one since they can't be bothered to even tell us what's in  the changelog.

Go into Creative mode and go to the controls menu (think its mouse wheel as default). Anyways, it lets you 'pick' whatever block your cursor is on and add it to the hotbar.

I found a bug that if you dispense a minecart on to a track and then dispence another one while the first minecart is still in front of the dispenser the game crashes.

You don't have to uninstall then reinstall Minecraft or anything, just rename the 1.2.5 minecraft.jar to something else then put the new snapshot in the bin folder. @Everyone complaining there's no new features:
