The name says it all.
I wanted the shaders to work with MagicLauncher so I packaged them.
I distribute them here with the following reservations:
- I will not maintain the files for future versions
- I will not answer replies on this thread
- All recognition of effort belongs to Daxnitro and SonicEther

Installation:

1. Download and Install MagicLauncher
2. Download Optifine and Install in MagicLauncher (Make a note of which version you have)
3. Download the Shader Core (engine) for your Optifine Version and Install in MagicLauncher
4. Download the Shader that you want to use and Install in MagicLauncher
5. Enjoy Posted Image

Your world should look like this: My Server

Need a hand?
This video should help!

Cores: (Place one of the following under Optifine in MagicLauncher)

For OptiFine HD A2 Standard
--> Daxnitro's Shader Core [1.2.5].zip

For OptiFine HD A2 Smooth
--> Daxnitro's Shader Core S [1.2.5].zip

For OptiFine HD A2 Multi-Core
--> Daxnitro's Shader Core M [1.2.5].zip

Shaders: (Choose ONE)
It will say there's no mod, that's because it's only preferences files.

Sonic Ether's Shader [Default] [1.2.5]
Sonic Ether's Shader [Lite] [1.2.5]
Sonic Ether's Shader [Ultra] [1.2.5]
Sonic Ether's Shader [Ultra DOF] [1.2.5]
Sonic Ether's Shader [Ultra No Motion Blur or DOF] [1.2.5]

Optional Shaders: (Put one of these after your shader if you feel like it)

Sonic Ether's Shader [No Waving Objects] [1.2.5]
Sonic Ether's Shader [Waving Grass and Leaves] [1.2.5]
Sonic Ether's Shader [Waving Grass no Waving Leaves] [1.2.5]

Further Information about the shader can be found on SonicEther's original thread.

Pretty awesome work, dude.  I'll give them a shot when I get home.  Even if my framerate will be too low for actual play, it'll still make it a lot easier to use the shaders for screenshots and then disable them for regular gameplay :)

When I'm trying to load shaders in versions Normal or lite, magic launcher can't find any mods in these packages.

EDIT: NVM, it's working.

I have been running this for a little while now (test-bunny for this one) and I have found it to be an immense improvement to the graphics as well as pretty easy to use with the magic launcher. Full recomendations.

THANK you for your work guys.

That is because those files aren't mods in their own right, just files with settings for the real mod. I asked the same question :)

Thanks for this, I've been trying to get them to work forever and this worked flawlessley... well, maybe not flawlessley... I'm trying to figure out how to make them not so damn bright.

Thanks for this! This mod was the only reason I ever manually installed mods anymore, but no I don't need to even do that!

Wonder who reported his links seeing as he did get permission and showed proof of permission with a picture in his post.

A little mad because I was going to swap to another optifine package.

*edit*

Looks like the links are back up not sure what happened adfly said they were requested to be off.

Information Flash:

Mediafire had my Adfly links blocked.
I don't know the reason but I do know it happened quite a bit to other people.
I moved to another online provider and the situation seems back to normal.

Edit: MediaFire just informed me that they had a computer glitch.
All is back to normal for them too.

T Your ML compatible files are a hidden gem, I can't.. rather I won't stop telling people about you. OptiFine changed the whole game, the shader developers flipped it on it's head, ML has started a revolution, and YOU packaged it up neatly for everyone to consume. Well done, this thread and your services deserve more notice IMO. Just wanted to say thanks again for both your service and support to the MC community. Posted Image Posted Image Posted Image
