I got i huge spider on top of my tower were i get in and out of im afraid i might die if I try to kill it all i have is a stone sword and no armor or food please help. P.S i new to this game.

Aim a little up and rapidly click your mouse. When the spider pounces it will jump into your sword.
Alternately, dig down/around your tower and the spider will eventually lose interest or despawn.

Hide in your house, wait for daylight if your actually that scared. Or, you could man up and face the spider. Ya gotta learn how to play Minecraft properly- Dying and unnatural amounts of tension between you and the computer is half the fun

If your that stuck break one block on the roof of your house then attack it from their since it can't get through a 1x1x1 hole

You have 2 options:
1. YOU KILL IT! A stone sword kills a spider in about 4 hits. You can do it.
2. Turn it on peaceful and the scary monster will go away...
(I'm pretty sure this problem has been resolved...)
