Sword Info:
Blaze Sword
Damage:
Durability: 400 Blaze- This enchantment is similar to fire aspect in the way that it will add fire damage to any mob hit. This enchantment will deal of fire damage for every level of the effect. Note that fire resistance and most nether mobs negate fire damage.
Blood Sword
Damage:
Durability: 1500
Feast- This enchantment has the power to restore 0-5 durability multiplied by the enchantment level of the swords durability. Will be debuffed soon.
Vitality- This enchantment allows the player to spend 250 durability of the enchanted item and in return they will receive some buffs. This effect has three levels. The first levels will give you a heal effect for two seconds. The second level will give you the heal boost plus a speed boost for one minute. The third level will give you the heal effect, the speed boost and resistance for two minutes.
Blood Pool- This enchantment stores 1/8th of the damage dealt into itself. Note that the amount stored increases based on the level of the effect. subtract level from 8 to get how much will be stored. When the player is about to die the amount of stored health is released healing the player for that amount. Note that this effect will not bring you above 10 hearts unless you have the health boost effect. If the player receives damage that would kill them and is greater than that of the stored amount then you will still die. Final note, You MUST be holding this sword with this effect when you die or it will not activate.

Glass Sword

Durability: 15
Shatter- This effect is similar to sharpness and can be stacked with it. The effect deals multiplied by the level of the effect to all mobs hit.
Infinity Sword
Damage: Durability: 850
Lapis Sword
Damage: Durability: 750
Greed- This effect makes hostile mobs drop more exp points then normal. This effect has three levels. Each level of the effect adds 15 points to the drop. Level 3 will give 45 exp points. Note that this only works on hostile mobs.
Molten Edge
Damage:
Durability: 300
Aqueous Sword
Damage: Durability: 450 Ice Aura- This effect will slow down mobs hit. This effect will add 8 seconds of slowness to the mob for each level of the effect.
Master Sword
Damage:
Durability: 1450
Blessed- This effect is similar to smite and can be stacked with it. This effect does multiplied by the level of the effect to skeletons and creepers.
Expedite- This effect allows the user to control the time in minecraft. Every time an item with this enchantment is right clicked it will make time jump forward by 50 multiplied by the level of the effect.
Draconic Blade
Damage:

Eye End Sword

Ender Pulse- This effect will warp the player to where they are looking for the cost of some durability. This enchantment is limited by distance. The distance cap is increased by 18 per level. Effect will also give the user of fall damage.
Aether's Guard

Durability: 1777
Ascension- This effect causes mobs to raise up into the sky and then fall back down. This enchantment also has three levels, Each level adds +1 motion upwards to the mob. This effect can look buggy do to how mobs are handled in newer minecraft versions, for best results hit the mob twice before it hits the ground.
Wither Bane
Damage:
Durability: 1666
Decay-This effect gives wither damage to any living entity hit. The effect lasts for 4 seconds multiplied by the level.
Adminium Ark
Damage: x999 Durability: 99999999 Stealth- This effect will make the user invisible for a period of time. This effect has three levels each with different duration. Level on lasts for a minute, level two lasts for five minutes. Level three lasts for twenty minutes.
-Stealth, Gives you invisibility for a minute multiplied by the level of the effect.
As of 2.5.0 zombies have the ability to spawn holding the swords in this mod. These zombies will have the attack power of the sword they are holding. They can spawn with any sword in this mod with the exception of the adminium ark as that would be op. These zombies have a slim chance of doping the held sword. Zombies will not spawn with enchanted versions of their swords.
I decided to change up how the dungeon loot system works. Depending on where the chest is it can have different sword loot.
Molten edge, Aqueous Sword, Draconic blade, Glass sword and the lapis sword are the only swords found in dungeon chests. Each sword has a 15% chance of spawning in loot chests.
The bone sword and glass sword each have a 20% chance of spawning in bonus chests.
The infinity sword have a 15% chance to be found in village blacksmith chests.
The Dragonic blade, molten edge, eye end sword, lapis sword and aqueous sword all have a 15% chance to be found in stronghold chests.
The Swordsman is a type of villager that can occasionally be found in a village or created through any means of villager creation. He offers several swords for trade and it is rumored that he may get some rare books in stock.
As of version 2.5.2 of more swords mod we now have advanced compatibility with Enchanting Plus. Enchanting Plus is an amazing mod that replaces the old enchantment table with a new one that removes the random factor. This mod also has support for enchantments added by more swords and all the other mods with new enchantments. Check out her amazing mod here! Through The advanced compatibility mentioned previously you can now shift click on an enchantment in the enchantment table and see a short description on what the effect does!
The undeath mod is a fun mod made by nekosune. This mod makes it so when you die there is a chance a zombie, skeleton or several other mobs can spawn. These mobs are an undead copy of the player and will have a name plate and use a zombified version of the players skin! It will also equipped armor and weapons based on the loot you had on death! FAQ:
-Does this work on servers?
Absolutely! This mod is universal meaning that it works for client and server versions of minecraft. More swords mod will also work with LAN games.
-The swords don't have the effects mentioned in your post?
The effects mentioned in this post are enchantments. If you look under the combat tab you will see all of them.
-One of the texture packs does not work
The texture packs are hosted and created by 3rd party and I am not certain how they make their packs. Each pack has it's own page so it may be best to ask there.
-I found a bug in the mod or something does not work as it should.

-How do I get the swords?
The swords in this mod can be obtained several ways. The first way to obtain the swords is through crafting recipes. The second way of getting the swords is by mob drop. Zombies and skeletons have a small chance to spawn holding one of my swords and they occasionally drop them on death. The wither also has an extremely rare chance to drop the wither bane on death. The final way to get the swords in my mod is through dungeon loot. Different types of chests have different types
-The admin sword is crafted with bedrock? How do I get bedrock?
The Adminium Ark or Admin Ark is a sword made for server admins. Thus the admin bit. The crafting recipe is a bit of a joke. The only way to make this sword is if you are and admin or have access to spawning items in. I have no plans to make bedrock obtainable so please don't ask.
-Do you know that there is mods that lets you gather bedrock such as divineRPG?
Yes I am aware. Unlike some mod authors I don't feel the need to enforce what mods you can and can't use my work with. If you want to download another mod to make the admin ark craftable be my guest. I do know that this could be cause issues for servers that don't want my sword craftable but still want to use my mod alongside a mod that makes bedrock obtainable. If it has not already been done I will make an option to disable the crafting recipe in my config.
-Do you know you can set the admin ark durability to -1?
I am fully aware of how to code my mod. If I wanted to remove the durability all together it would have been done by now. I felt having the durability is fun rather than just having a sword with unlimited uses.
-How do I use the swords in an anvil without losing name color?
This is simple. Just remove the text that shows up in the anvil rename spot so it is blank and the default name will be used.
-Help I am crashing and all the people are on fire and running in terror and ahhhhhhhh!
Post the error report. It is likely i messed something up. If you don't have a crash log your post will be ignored. If you have no clue what a crash log is or would like to argue that a black screen makes it impossible for you to get a crash report I would read this before you make people upset.
-Can i use this mod in my modpack?
I now accept requests for permission to include More Swords Mod to be included in modpacks. I have several key things you must include in your request or it will be ignored/denied. It is required that the person asking for permissions is a representative of the pack. It is also important to read this entire post and the mod license. It is also required that you put a link the the license somewhere in your request. Posts lacking these things will always be denied or ignored.

This is always an option. I would rather settle things peacefully and without drama however I am more then capable of making my mod incompatible with a modpack.

Is it possible to create a seperate mod that creates the respective armor to go with your swords? I would be awesome having a complete set. Also, can the swords be enchanted with TMI and what is their max level (vanilla enchantments can go up to 127). Finally, is this mod compatible with Minecraft Comes Alive? This mod adds a new villager type and MCA completely overrides all villagers.

The way Y motion is handled is a bit buggy. It probably does work but it is not rendering right on multiplayer. I will look into this.

Beautiful. That issue is fixed along with a few other game breaking bugs that happen to be in the latest version.
Edit latest version is not out as I still have to publish it. I will make a note once it is clicked.

-Updated mapping names
--Names were updated to better work with newer forge builds.
--From 2.5.5 onward it is best to use the latest forge over recommended
-Fixed bug with zombies that could corrupt worlds
-HUGE performance increase with zombies holding swords
--Although zombies are fixed now they need more testing
-Fixed bug with Ascension enchantment crashing servers
-Fixed some code bits that were bothering me
