your link doesn't seem to work. I keep getting a 502 error, but judging from your details, it sounds like you have a bad graphics card or something similar.
Double check everything.

Has Minecraft ever worked on your PC? You might need to roll back to an older version of your drivers

1. Make sure your graphics card is up to date

2. Re-install Java

Re-downloading minecraft probably won't help, I'm guessing it's your graphics card.

This seems to be an issue with your graphics card. It somehow mixes in white edges to the texture of the flower.

(If you use Nvidia control panel)
I had the same problem, im not sure if it will work with you too but maybe it will.

Go to your Nvidia Control Panel.
Click on the "3D settings" and then on "Manage 3D settings"(On the side of the screen)
And then click on "Restore" (in the little square)

hope it works.

Basically this is your graphics card driver forcing anti-aliasing and anisotropic filtering. Switch both off. And use search next time as this has been answered like a million times.
