We are not at war. I am pretty sure a treaty can be made by countries that aren't at war. There are things like alliances and trade treaties.

1885-1889: The country establishes a trade route between them and China. They fortify their relation with England by giving them troops.
1890-1894: The trade route is abolished because China is getting too powerful for it's own good. Meanwhile, plans to attack India are created
1895-1899: The country starts to research bioweapons. A Chinese navy attempts to invade the northen coast, but is driven off.
1900-1904: They attack India, but are destroyed and forced into surrender. The new leader is elected, and it is Chris sears. A bacteria that eats food and gives hydrogen is developed
1905-present: Australian armies, by order of Chris sears, send half of their recruitedtroops to England, at their disposal. Meanwhile, a rebellion is planned against Chris Sears, and Britain.

The previous Nordenburgs didn't care for peasants and loved to be involved in war, but Frederik is the opposite he cares for his people no matter how rich and dislikes war because he sees little good in it.

Country/Organization History since the 1880's: In the 1880 : Sweden starts to become more industrialized, agriculture is growing useless in Darwinist society but peasants do not have the money for Darwinist technology so they still farm. 1885 : There is basically no farming in Sweden with the exception of Visby. Estonia rumors to leave the Baltic Union because Frederik has no lust for Estonian territory. 1887 : A trade treaty is sent to Russia and Germany in hopes for militaristic allies. Russia declines but Germany excepts. The usage of Clanker technology rises massively. 1890 : Harsh winters are predicted and roughy 1,000,000 Swedes emigrate. 1900 : Sir Frederik Nordenburg has set plans to invade Denmark, he seeks the new Darwinist advances in Denmark. 1901 : Frederik decides against the invasion due to the lack of supplies. He hopes for winter to end soon. The Clanker technology is almost useless in the harsh winds of a Swedish winter. 1910 : Sweden has mass plans to seek new allies because of the lack of advancement in technology. Many Swedes have returned and the economic system is Sweden is flourishing

Alright, i was just looking though the ic post and you and Vanvlak were having a discussion on it so i added it, i will remove it.

Is the map going to be updated and if there is no-one controlling a city and we have plans for that city can we do things like Vanvlak and Sweden before i was accepted ? Like if i want to make treatys, go to war, etc. with uncontrolled countries i can be realistic about it but i control it.

It will be, when Feokris comes back around. Yes, you can do that, but I mean, don't be like, "I make an alliance with Germany instantly and we prepare to invade Denmark." As you said, you have to be realistic. Better to not bother with them at all, I find, unless you can just roll straight over them. In which case, do.

Alright, i should have some post tonight or so, i like to work it all out on paper and make changes when typing it up.
