Multiplayer will work the same as MW3 (as far as we know), but one console will only host up to 8 (for now). Yes that means two Xboxes with four players each ,or six Xboxes (two of them playing two player split-screen), and so on.

yes, there will be system linking. If there's multiplayer, there's system linking.

^This does not mean jack. There are games with multiplayer but no system linking.
But, I highly doubt they would leave system linking out.
