My previous design is now broken due to a redstone bug -.- so I took the time to make simple and minor update to the design.
The design of the combination lock is mine. I didn't follow any tutorials and copy what they said. The combination lock is very compact, Small, expandable, and very easy to re-program.
I have two videos.
The first one where I'll be making the combination lock and go into detail on how everything works for those of you who want to know how everything works in the system for future reference or etc.
The second video is the speed build where I just build the thing as fast as I can place blocks so you don't have to listen to me explaining everything.

You can set as many numbers to the combination lock as you want, no mattering how many buttons you have... I tried it.
