PS: I think Magma Serpent sounds better than Lava Snake ...lava snake sounds pathetic and not nearly majestic enough!

Can you make a modloader version? Forge has had alot of problems lately... and I can't get it to work. I love this mod... and you are an

You really know how to communicate in a polite way, its a wonder why anyone would not answer you immediately.

Lava Snake is great, you should go develop a mod so some rude kid can come complain to you and demand answers.

I went miles and miles a snow biome to snow biome, and I can only see one rhinedeer, is there an other way to find them???

I think this would take a lot of my time.... also I'm not sure why anyone still uses Modloader. I might give it a try, but I'm currently prioritizing: ExtraBiomesXL support, new bird models and bugfixes.

Hmm the spawn rates are a little low maybe... Ill change it. Also MSC can realy help you by making the Creature spawn limit ,in Master Controls, somewhat higher. Minecraft loves to add Sheep to the world instead of my mobs.

Yes, i've tied MSC in the last version, and there are bats every where, so I am afraid it will happen again, but I can try...

Did you end up fixing the bat problem? Posted Image I would suggest that you play AtmosMobs with MSC and Extrabiomes and change the configuration around - then you can post it here for people to copy into their configurations.

Also, for adding natural ExtraBiomes support, try something like this:


BiomeGenBase alpine = null, biome2 = null, ..., biomeN = null;

public BiomeGenBase getBiome(String biomeName){
	 for(BiomeGenBase biome : BiomeGenBase.biomeList){
if (biome != null && biomeName.equals(biome.biomeName))
return biome;
	 }
	 return null;
}
public void postInitMethod(){
alpine = getBiome("alpine");

The changelog was pretty big, so I might have missed some parts, but has the config file been added again in version 1.3? And do the mobs still spawn in ExtrabiomesXL biomes like they used to (spawning in biomes where they made sense to spawn in)?

Config file is back. I'm working on internal ExtraBiomesXL support now. Should be done tomorrow or Friday ;)
