Hello,
I've got a problem with the login at the Minecraft Launcher.
If i try to login then it come: "Bad Login", but at http://minecraft.net/game/ i can login but i cant play online because then came the error message: "bad login data".
If try to play on my notebook all works.
I think the problem is that at the Login window it try to connect to http://www.minecraft.net and this is not the official site of minecraft.
Someone knows how i can connect to the official site?
got it if someone else still got the problem must edit the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts data and delet the last line

Hello i have the same problem! I saw you notificiation at the bottom of your original post where you explained how to fix. My problem: in "etc" i find two files called "host" as you said it would. But i got no program to open them it seems, or well, i can open them with notepad but the "host" files isen't real it seems. When opened it is an example and a explanation from windows saying what host files usally contain.
^ Lots of text there
Basicly i don't know what sentence to delete and even if the "host" files actually are files.
Btw: i got a 64 bit OS, woulden't it be called system 64 instead?
Thanks on forehand, please reply fast as fuck ( i really want to play multiplayer)!!!!!!!!!
