Argh, keep getting the "Saving Chunks" error, firstly when I made a creative world, adn secondly, 5 mins later into it. Maybe it's just a short term issue for me...

in UK we can easily get 2100 for aprox £16 and Minecraft PC costs £16.95 so we get an awsome bargin from it

its 1.6 because it was around the time Minecraft was on that version they started making it and they have said it will be updated to catch up to the PC version. least the updates will be free and won't be any hassle.

Why complain about the price? It's the same if not a few bucks cheaper than PC minecraft. Plus, it was already announced by Microsoft that they're toying with the notion of 1600 MSP games.

Even though this is a small update, and is mostly bug fixes its really nice.

I feel bad though that some people keep nagging you no matter what you do...
Once Jeb and the Bukkit team finish developing mod API (which i believe is coming out within the next 2 updates? DO NOT QUOTE ME, i just THINK thats what it was) i'm pretty sure it'll be at least a LITTLE bit easier to update your mods.
But again, i have no Modding knowledge besides how to install them...

Problem with the updates is Microsoft is a little bitchy with patches. I hope it doesnt take them ages cause of this. Would be a shame. I am happy that its coming out soon. None of my friends bought minecraft for the pc but it should be easy to get them to this...

Come On! I was just getting used to the few 1.2.3 mods I had, now non of them work till they are updated! I'd love being able to roll back to 1.2.3.

Awesome update.

Love the wooden planks. However found a bug in trying to craft creeper sandstone. 2x2 regular sandstone returns smooth sandstone, however 2x2ing smooth will also craft smooth.

Creeper sandstone is two crafted stacked sandstone halfblocks.

(this is also why i love vanilla servers, mine's all updated )
