I believe they have both gone open source and they are both now broken with 1.2.3.
Anyway just thought I would put it out there. Anyone heard of any projects to fix them or is anyone going to.
Next to SPC these were the most useful mods out there. (IMO) I am sure there are other greats out there, but these ones are the first thing I look for when Minecraft gets updated. Everything else can get updated as it will if you know what I mean. These tools go hand in hand with Minecraft.

Worldedit is updated go to the github link from codewarriors post. In there you be able to download one.

Alright nvm on the world edit.
MCEdit still stand as a request. It had a very easy to follow cut and paste method for moving schematics in case your server had a world change.
