Ted, PLEASE tell me what's wrong. Currently I'm playing on your 1st 1.5 version of this mod, I attempted to upgrade to your 3rd version because the forge version in your first 1.5 release doesn't render 3D items in frames (Which annoys me). So I started with a fresh jar, followed the same process as the initial 1.5 release (except with the required downloads necessary in order to get your 3rd version working properly) but to no luck, the game stays stuck "loading world" when entering a world. Is there something slightly different in the installation instructions that I don't know about? (Keep in mind I tried to get this working several times)

There's probably less than 1% of a chance that we have the exact same problem, but the same thing happened to me, and (for me personally) I fixed it by allocating Minecraft more RAM.

Yeah that's definitely not my issue considering I have 4 gigs of ram allocated for Minecraft...
Has the biome color palettes changed or something with this mod? With Misa's texture pack, the swamps use the mushroom biome's colors, ending up having pink trees and bright green grass.
I'd like to use this mod more but the way clay generates it's just not worth it.

i was wondering, if i wanted to make a mod compatible with this mod, what would i need to do. like if i wanted a new mob to spawn in one of the new biomes, would i just have to add the BWG biome name into the spawn locations, or would i need to do something more?
i'm thinking about making a mod, and i absolutely love this mod's generation, but i'm afraid that if i ever get my mod up and running, the mobs in my mod wouldn't spawn in my BWG world.
Sorry if this has been asked somewhere in the 150+ pages of this thread, but is this mod compatible with ExtraBiomes XL?
Also, can someone tell me how to get this thing to work with TechnicSSP? I installed the most recent version of Technic (according to my launcher) for 1.4.6, downloaded the appropriate version of BWG3, put the files in modpack.jar, removed META-INF, and then fired up Technic. The new world generation options show up just fine, but when I pick Cave Dimension, the game stops working when it hits the Building Terrain phase. No CTD, no crash log, it just doesn't do anything else. What am I missing?
i copied all the BWG files into my minecraft_server.jar and added this line to the server.properties file:
Any ideas what i'm doing wrong?

In this instance, per Ted it is because BWG4 isn't up to date with current Forge. He will will be updating at the 1.5.2 release (hopefully a bit earlier to keep up with BoP)
I finally got fed up with trying to get this mod to work with Technic/Tekkit and installed BWG4 on a vanilla install of Minecraft, and now none of the mobs will spawn in the new custom biomes. Is that normal?

Would it be possible to add more granularity to which world generator is used? I thinking being able to select the specific version of MineCraft you want to use in world generation.
Plan is for compatibility as of next BoP update. To date the discussion is to keep them separate mods.

Any idea what's going on and how to fix it? I really liked this mod back in the 1.4.x days, and I wanted to upgrade.
EDIT: BTW, I'm using MultiMC, that's why the error message looks like it does. But I've always used MultiMC, and it never interfered with BWG before.
