This is just an update to make LineCraft Compatible with the minecraft update 1.3 and to show that im still paying this attention.

If there is anything you dont like or you would like to see changed let me know, Mob skins are taking me too long a break making something else would be welcomed.

Quite a major update and i think we are fast approaching LineCraft 1.0. I made a effort to get a large amount of content made for the pack instead of nitpicking on things i don't like so as per usual there are still many things i want to change don't view this as a final pack (any suggestions for changes are welcome).

Im not going to post an image of any of the new stuff (you can see what the pack kind of looks like from the pictures below) i will do lots of lovely new screen shots and make a big deal of it when we reach version 1 so until then im just going to post the link for the pack and let you discover the new things in it.

Finally as well the pack comes in a nice .ZIP file for you to install into your minecraft the proper way (i still advise the HD texture fix patch, and the betterlight /grass mod)

so here you go guys and gals, enjoy!

Just another temporary update, many of the things are still temporary but i thought i should squeeze out all the new blocks quick as i can so you can continue to use the pack, so yet again not everything is final but enjoy!

TNT + record player fit better
pumpkin changed a bit
better mushrooms
extended grass



just got back yesterday after a 18 hour coach ride (whoo) but i thought i would squeeze out a small update, enjoy! cheers for the interest from some of you! special shout out to Justin8 for his help in trying to edit and improve the pack.

I have updated

pumpkin
clay (cheers coldspiral dont know why i didnt think to do that)
crops are now carrots (i will make wheat carrots and bread carrot pie when i do items)
iron is changed to fit in better but i will still change it again
obsid is changed but again its just a placeholder still
lightstone is changed
farmed dirt canged

and i think thats about it

Ok so because you guys wanted this early here is my *Work In Progress* Terrain.png file for you all. Keep in mind this is only about half done so many blocks are rushed or just plain rubbish… however the other blocks should make your game sexy enough to make up for it (here's to hoping right?) anyways im going to bore you now with my todo list, but if you don't care skip it and download that terrain! (i would love to see screenshots of you guys using this)

Ok because im working quite slowly on this im going to give you guys a choice!

i can put out a version of this tomorrow for you to use even though its not finished. the problem with this version is many of the textures will be rubbish / rushed so you can use it (i will still work on it after)... the fact that you can use it is the benefit...

On the other hand you can all choose to wait untill i have finished the terrain.png properly and then nearly everything will look good when you eventually get it, this option means you have to wait but you will probably be happier players when you eventually get it.

So its up to you guys, let me know! you want it now but rubbish? or later but good?

Also, Please finish it... if even just for me... I absolutely LOVE the look of the tiling for the dirt/grass and trees... please. I want this badly. Can you PM me by chance when you are done with it and gimme a link in case I forget about it? I have a rare memory condition where I forget things very easily and this may very well happen and I would hate for that to happen because this makes minecraft look beautiful to me. Please finish it..Thank you

well i guess i will carry on making this then! thanks for the names there are a couple im considering but keep them coming... here are some updates and some new pictures of stuff.

Also if theres anything in particular you dont like about one of the textures let me know i have no problem messing around with things.

Any updates on this? I was hoping that OP would finish it. If you don't want to finish could you please release what you have? I think this is really great looking and it's probably the only custom pack that I would use outside of Frendens.

Also, the diamonds in the latest shot look great as well as the coal; they fit the sharp/angular style of the other textures very well.

omg please finish this soon!  its 32x32 which makes me sad becuase i prefer 16x16 but i suppose i would use this anyway since it looks so good, i think you should to tools in a way which makes them look like the original but not too fancy and maybe have lines in the inventory or whatever? but not too crazy with the lines! it could go all naff if you use too many of something.

btw youve inspired me to go and make my own (last time i failed but i will try again) if mine turns out somewhat like yours will you be annoyed? i will probably never finish mine and am going to make a simple one as my first one anyway.

Dont worry guys im still slowly making progress on this! im happy people are interested. i will release a first version when i have completed the terrain file, will probably still change it loads but there are still some things i havn't done yet .i think im just going to go with linecraft (for nows anyways cheers woodpuncher)... simple easy to remember and its shorter for the thread title. but keep names coming if you have a good one
