25.02.2012 - Server is up, basic plugins installed, added perks:

Guest - can not build nor use any commands. Just wandering around. Has access only to /spawn
Regular - can build, has access to /sethome and /home
VIP - /home, /sethome, /tp, /tphere, /jumpto
Moderator - some mod tools and extra /butcher (kill all nearby mobs) and //ex (extinguish all fires)
Admin - admin stuff
Owner - Has access to all commands, including worldedit.
Host - Rubidium Labs team

All perks have different colors (and prefixes)
