hello
i run my own server and use group manger but i have had some people donate and buy ranks on the server
but i need to make it so they can fly on the server and can change there gamemode them selves ?

does anyone know the permissions i must enter on group manger ?

Try using magiccarpet, it's not exactly flying, but it does its job.
