I'm not exactly sure where you got it from. moreover, I don't think they're compatiable with the current craftbukkit

Well I don't know what is wrong with bPermissions, the start up log says its fine. The config file is perfect. But I just can't get it right. :( I'll just try another plugin. Any that you reconmmend?

Completely random, but try renaming the Default group to lowercase "default". The example config files uses lowercase.

It may seem logical, but bPerms uses IgnoreCase, so that wouldn't matter.
