OK so I did all the html coding and I tried to see if I could buy something off my server website. But it won't let me. It says this webs account is still provisional. Forms are not permitted on a provisional account. ( Webs accounts are provisional for the first 7 days)

What does that mean? How can I fix it?
It is a webs account and its free.

You should probably talk to Webs, but it sounds like you have to wait 7 days

I don't know what a "Webs" account is, but you have to jump through a few hoops when creating your PayPal to accept donations and whatnot. By the way, if you go to the Merchant Services tab in PayPal, you can create those donate buttons and it'll give you the html code for it.

My major issue is if people donate via paypal or a credit card, how am I going to know who to give the benefits to in-game?

Have them leave a comment with their username.

Or ask for the first/last name on the card.
Easiest way to get me back in the thread is to quote my post.

Actually I have found a easy way to do this. First solution would be to use buycraft (great service, but their servers are very overloaded). Second solution is use the POS in the forums and have your permissions sync with it (what I use). Hopefully that will help.
