You're a prospective server owner. You've seen some great servers out there, but feel you could do better, and wish to create your own. But, alas, you didn't know how hard setting up the backend (programming) mechanics of a server could be. You feel you could do it, but there are always console error and you're not up to the quality level you want it. You are, however, a good game player, and if given a good server setup, could administrate it properly.

We're some developers with over 3 years of experience in Plugin Development, Plugin Management and Server Administration. We feel that we can supply technical foundations for creative server owners with ambitious and unique goals by providing helpful services.

Our services:
- Plugin Advisement: Being a bukkit private plugin dev and active in the bukkit community since the early builds, Ace knows the ins and outs of most popular plugins and can advise you on the best plugins to get you where you want to be.
- Group Management/Permissions: Call him weird - Ace is a permission nerd. Most people find writing permissions tedious and boring, but with a multi-monitor setup and some good organizational tricks, I don't mind doing it, and can write perms quickly.
- Custom Plugins/Scripting: If you have specific things that current plugins don't cover, we can write them. We have very little limits, but big things do take time.
- Server Publicity and Page Design: We're web developers, too. We can work on graphic design, web design, and other design elements to help your server pages.
- Server Administration Advice and Help: We can provide help to admins in the best way to catch griefers, how to optimize recruitment and groups, usage of plugins, and more.
- Server Hardware: We both also can advise you on how to best optimize your server setup for minecraft, if you host your server yourself.
- General server support: We can help you set up a web server/msql server on your local computer if your plugins require that.
- Hosting Administration: If you want to use a paid host, we can administrate that too, but we won't pay for it.
- Building: This is more of a filler service. While Ace is working out permissions and backend stuff, Nox will help you build a good frontend for your server, if he has spare time.

What we WON'T do:
- Long-Term Adminning: This isn't a admin service. Although we might help you out the first few days until you get the hang of it, we won't run your server for you while you play with the [Owner] tag in front of your name. If you can't admin your server properly, our services won't help you much.

Reimbursement:
We put quality time and effort into building your server. Small projects that only take a few hours are donationware, and although we'll ask you for donations, don't feel obligated. Large projects (+5 hrs) are a lot more work, and, understandably, we would like to get compensated before giving out our free time.

Our prices are based on your needs. We take into effect the amount of time, effort, and difficulty of creating the necessary scripts and plugins.

So this is only for creative servers? You're really limiting your options with just creative, if you expand you're skills to other types of servers, you would attract alot more attention. You can only do so much for creative servers, there arn't really alot or any good ideas for creative servers. They are there for people to create things, so Administraters don't have to. I think that what you're doing is amazing, but you should broaden your horizons. I believe this would be a success if that would become reality.

hmm... that is sorta misleading. 'Creative' describes the admin, not the type of server. I'll tell Nox to fix that. Yes, we do service all types of servers.

I'd kind of like to point out that building skills aren't administrative skills. I'm not singling you guys out as only builders, but you seem to have a keen drive at the building aspects of what you do.

Actually we show off our building because building is easier to show off. We can't brag much about a screenshot of a plugin folder

But simply stating what you can and cannot do is not only reassuring, but helpful for both ends in the long run. i.e. can you...


Configure Permissions?
Create custom plugins?
Find new plugin updates quickly/effectively?
Help with understanding how to manage newer players (before they log on)?


Answering such questions will benefit you.
