Well then, I don't know if I deserve that rep, because I guess the way this thing works is by using it in your TF2 game and then the hat is tied to your account. I figured it would be something like a 15 digit code or something like that that you use to get the hat. It's something that I can't send a code for in a PM. Sorry.
