Hey my friend is an admin on the minecraft server. His username is XkiloX95, and he had a question about buiilding rights on his server. He wants to know that if one player comes onto their server, and builds something,and then decides to leave, can he force the admins on the server to destroy his build because otherwise he is going to file copy right violation.

No, he cannot charge you for that. Anything you create on someone else's server is the property of the one running it, regardless of who built it.
