Hey guys, I've recently opened a PvP server that I've recently started and I'm looking for people to join to help work with me.  We have a youtube channel and intend on trying to promote the server as much as possible and have donator sections to help fund the server.  Profits earned will be used to help maintain the server in any way possible or to (possibly) pay admins who dedicate a lot of time to helping improve the servers or developing mods.


These are the positions I have open right now, and the server is only at a 12 person server, once we get essentials active and running (not just the essentials plugin) we'll be increasing the size of the server and promoting the server as much as possible

Admins / OP's

- These people need to be fluent with Bukkit and common minecraft / MC server issues.  If problems occur I need people to be able to react to it RIGHT away and remedy the problems

-  Being an Admin means you run the plug-ins and (possible) mods of the server.

-  Position is NOT a paid position, however if we do exponentially grow due to server donations, may offer some payments for time dedication.

- Being an Admin also means you are a "Problem Resolver" ... Keeping an eye open at all times for people possibly hacking / Problems being reported.  And rule violations.

Please private message me if you interested in joining or helping, and send any documentation of experience if you are experienced with using Bukkit.

Please show any mods you may have developed as well.



Moderators.

- This position simply means, you are just a normal player of the server, and do not gain special privlages.  However you are a RESPECTED OFFICIAL of the server and keep control over what people do and report to you

- Being a moderator means you are the 1st line of problem reporting.  Whenever someone wants to report an issue to you then come to you before they go to an admin, any issues you cannot resolve yourself you report to an admin or owner.

- Being a mod means you spend a lot of time on the server and wish to help us resolve problems that may occur between the players.

i know a big majority if everything on minecraft, (maybe more than you, non judgmental)

I've had alot of expirience with moderating minecraft servers, ever since I first started playing minecraft back in Nov 2010 I have been moderating minecraft servers.

I have moderated for a few big gaming community servers i.e. Aurora Gaming where I was a moderator ingame and outgame, some of the other servers I have helped moderate is Stronghold Online (This was one of the Major RP servers) and Mytatrea (A HUGE upcomming RP server).

When moderating my hours are quite flexible aslong as I haven't planned anything, eitherway I will be able to help moderate for atleast 4-6 hours per day.

I don't specifically want to become a server op, but I would like to develop plug-ins for a server; something I have wanted to do a while back. I was thinking that I might be able to develop for this server, and if you need me to, I can become an admin on this server.

Why do you want this position:I have been in search of an op/mod position for a while. I have recently been apart of 4 different staffs in 3 months and am looking for a new one seeing as though the server ive been playing has just closed. I believe that a server is just as good as its staff and I think that I would be an excellent addition to a good staff.
Why should we pick you over someone else: I am a very dedicated player that enjoys helping others. It would be hard to find someone who enjoys being op/mod more than me.

i would make a good admin i think i ran my own server at 1 point i also know quite alot of the commands and i know how to deal with plugins i would be online alot of the time more at weekends. i also know how to deal with alot of situations.

Experience: I had 2 servers of my own with many plugins, (www.minecraftmenatwork.webs.com and www.mcneo.co.cc), these servers were both dedicated and I set them up on my own from scratch. Also i've been een Plugin-Manager on other servers.
Game Time: 5 hours on average and about double the time in weekends (a day)

Why am I applying for this position: I am applying for this position becouse I am currently looking for a new server to help out on, I think I can be of great value on this server becouse I have great knowlage of many plugins availlable on Bukkit and I am a nice, friendly person to play with. hey there i would be amazing for your staff on your server i have been admin on sevral servers before i try to stay on to entertain your people on your server and i will find how people are griefing/hacking and ill jail them or even ban

Hello.

I am interested in becoming OP on this server. I have been OP on a few other servers, but most them are down at the moment. I am good at keeping an eye on people, but Ido think that you should implement a MCBans system, because people should have the right to make a logical case in order to unbar themselves. I have made a Bedrock Armor mod, but most of my mods are not anything special (besides that one, check it out!).

If you want help with basic server administration I believe I could be of use. I am fairly comfortable with Bukkit commands, as I have a small server of my own, and I am also not power hungry (as in unnecessary jailing/ banning). I would like to see what you have done with this server, because it sounds like a strange concept, 12 slot (yes I read that it is temporary) PvP?

By the way, I am in Highschool, and 16 years old, If you care about that.

                    -I am Anti-MCBans, I think it is an unfair way to use whitelisting.
