Bumping for the new Translucent ice mod, based on a suggestion by DemonKingz.

Duncan Shields, in his poem "No Present Like the Time", said:

Apparantly, ice rendered differently in 0.1.* than it is now, so this should return it to its original rendering. I haven't noticed this myself, so I don't know.

Did it patch?

Transparent ice doesn't work for me. :(
Maybe its because of the texturepack.

Tteansparent ice did not work for me.
mountain house did.
Im on kindle fire.

You might want to add that the mountains wont turn glass till after you unlatched the mod.:)

how did you get mods to work on your kindle fire?? they wont work on mine :(

For the transparent ice blocks mod... couldn't you just make a texture pack with the ice texture erased? :)

no because then the ice block would be completely clear. It would work but you couldn't tell if you placed an ice block or something.

yep i did. still does not work. this is frustrating because i plan on running a server and it would b  useful to hav  nametags so i know who is griefing. please . if you can find a solution fo  this, id be grateful
