how ? i got mob mods but they dont spawn very much they are rare how to increase the spawn rate?

Monsters/Agressive mobs need darkness, same with neutral I think. Animals/Passive mobs need grass and sunlight.

is there any mod that make mobs spawn rate more? works with humans , bunny mod and mo creatures?
