Lots of you who do own their own server, determined the problem that you always have to look at the item list, in order to find out the IDs of the items or blocks. I had the same problem and have taken it upon myself to write after each item- and block name the ID of it.
That means no annoying watching lists, no more Minecraft leave out and search for ID, etc.
The language pack simply replaces the English US language pack. All designations are the same. Only the IDs are behind them. In the ReadMe file there is a litle tutorial, too

Why would you want the ids if you're in creative?
Unless you need it for worldedit or something, but you can put block names into that...

but... if youre in a server and you may want to make a shop chest, you will need the id for it... so then its very helpfull

Not to be "that guy," but I can download TooManyItems, and not only see the ID behind the name anyways, but can just click to get an item instead of typing /give or /i. Therefore this is pointless, sorry.
