Adventure map skin creator needed!

I'm Miner L. And I create adventure maps. I'm currently working on a map for Noppes, the creator of a WIP mod called NPC's. It allows you to create NPC's with lines, jobs, and all that cool stuff. The problem is, I need SKINS! I need a few people at the ready to create a skin when I need it. Like if I were to say "I need a dead miner skin STAT!" Then you'd go and create it, then post it to a download site, then PM me the link to the download. If you choose to send an application, do it in this format.

Age: not telling
experience: many good quality skins that are smooth
Skin speed: 15 minutes to an hour depending on if i am just zombiefying a person are making a new one

maybe you should put a link to the mod also if i get hired it would be really nice if you did what my sig says

Screenshots of past creations:Can't show some either for personal reasons or i've promised not to. the rest are pretty crap.

Also have you thought of having several skinners so you have several choices and you can get them quikker.
