Update: Snapshot 14w11b has been released to fix some crashes and bugs. Bug fixes:

To get snapshots, open your launcher and press the “New Profile” button. Call it “snapshots” and check the box saying “Enable experimental development snapshots” and save. To switch to the normal version, you can select it in the dropdown at the bottom left corner of the launcher. Back up your world first or run the game on in a different folder (See the “new profile” dialog).
Snapshots can corrupt your world, please backup and/or run them in a different folder from your main worlds.

I totally forgot about it...
there should be an option to turn on 3d blocks. and also I think that say you are in a minecraft on your track and theres an animal on the track I think that if you hit an animal with your minecart on the track than the animal should get killed or hurt depending on how fast the minecart was going. also I think mob deaths should have a better animation. just turning red and falling over doesn't look as good as like if you kill a skeleton he falls apart like all of his bones just fall apart onto the ground and idk mabe you could pick them up or they could just sink into the gorund or idk turn into ash and fly away in the wind or something. mabe just disapate or something idk I thought these were good ideas. also I think they should add some kind of tree animal like a squirrel where the squirrels are fast like ocelots but can climb logs and can just go right through leafs like as if the leaf block wasn't there. I think that would be cool. idk I love them ideas. some of them I just came up with while typing this. quick summary of what I just said in case if you are too lazy to read this. 3D block option, animal killing with minecarts, better death animations, squirrels. but it is better to just read the stuff above. cause it sounds better. =D
The 3D blocks are the result of resource packs, so the option to turn them off is to not download them (or disable them).
I just tried to log into my own server that I host at home and it said I was not white-listed.
Sure enough I look and the white-list has been changed to 'white-list.txt.converted' and a new file was created called "whitelist.json which contains the names and the new uuid numbers for each of the players there were originally white-listed.
I ended up renaming the file back to white-list.txt. Once I launched the server it renamed it once again, but now I was able to log in.
Very strange.

Well, I'm not sure if you just want ANY custom block models or just "faithful" ones, but I have a resource pack that, I dare say, has more models that have been released on Reddit, and possibly has the most original models that any single person has created, 12.

Endermen are hostile towards endermites as they are hostile towards enderdragon in xbox.. Maybe, it will be like defend the endermite from hordes of endermen, and survive from it killing you... You will get a dragon.. Nah too OP.. Well , who knows? Oh yeah dinerbone does.
