Tho I feel 1.8 is coming soon and still no mods!! AHA! Damn poor Searge, too busy to update for 1.7.4. Glad hes now part of Mojang team
Keep making snapshots Jeb! I'll be waiting!
Anyway, love the new trading and repairing systems, though the new enchanting kind of bothers me, but I guess that's ok, since we got the new properly nerfed repair/naming prices.
New commands/adventure mode rules are amazing, especially new block breaking rules.
The slime block is tons of fun, been waiting for something simular for a long time.
Oh and stackable doors are preety convenient.
The new stone types seem kind of useless and forced, I don't know. At first I thought they were going to replace half of regular stone and since that's not the case (thank god), I think I can tolerate them. New textures for them would be nice though.
Also there are a few bugs here and there, most notably the totally uncontrolled water/lava spreading, but that's probably going to get sorted out sonn enough.
All in all, I think the upcoming update is preety promising and I'm actually going to look forward to it, which I frankly didn't expect to happen.
P.s. I know it's a bit unreasonable of me, but I still hate poppies and tulips. I don't think that I will ever be able to get over it. And yes, using texture... ughh... resourse packs IS an option, but it's just not same.
The health bar does not flash when regeneratingreportedHardcore mode displays old difficulty button saying {Difficulty: Hard}reportedWater/lava do not flow toward the nearest dropreportedQuantity in /clear does not workreportedAnd everyone is just ECSTATIC about stackable doors. Good god.
Also, do /tp <yourname> 29000000 5 29000000 on a flatworld, try to place redstone, can't? Well, if you do... it looks way too big.. also experiment with entitys and such.
And a redstone torch, PARTICLE PARTY!
water doesn't work until a block update, various things.
and if you do /tp 29999995 5 299999995 you cannot speak in chat anymore. Mute, eh? And it doesn't teleport you until like 5 minutes later, then you can speak
And thats what the end of minecraft looks like...DON'T Place redstone on the end of it... or just... you wouldn't wanna see.... And also, if you try to go into the thin air, you kept getting teleported there.. wut? And to the point where you can't move like even 0.00000001 of the coordinates, you get out by dying or tpaing. Also you can't chat if your in the thinness airness end. Also you can get a bucket, or something, and it like... very glitches..
Because they've never done that before. Oh, wait.
