Didn't know cows ate metal.
Good to see them focusing on bug fixes, otherwise they're just chasing their tail every time they add features.
nah I guess those cows wanted more iron in their diet...lol
Interesting additions, even if they really don't pertain to me much. If that is a prelude to a new gamemode that would be decent. I don't really use golden apples, however the potions I might. I'm 50-50 on that part. Unsure what to think, but at least it let's us know something is getting done and things are being added, even if few or minor. That is so far quite a bit for the full 1.6, if you add up everything. So keep them rolling...
Interested in seeing what else they add... or change... or fix...
All I see in that photo is black blackness that gets blacker the longer I look at it. & possibly a creeper.
The only bug I've had this month is villagers staying outside at night & all crowding into the tiniest house in the village.
Ridable giant seahorses & dolphins, schools of different kinds of fish, hostile jellyfish & sharks, gigantonormous whales, crabs & lobsters, sea snails, starfish, coral, kelp......
several problems with this post
1. everyone needs to have time to relax
2. he just added a way for people to play UHC without mods or editors, something that many people want anyway. so in his spare time he was thinking up new things that benefit us, instead of when he was at work
3. you spoke in behalf of the Minecraft community without consulting us
4. people will jump to conclusions no matter what, so having something predictable that can be stopped easily is a good thing.
please think more before you post, I usually take several minutes just to make sure I didn't say something stupid.
Which you clearly did not do. If you did you would realize I was not serious.
Horses are just 1 mob, mobs indicates more than 1.
I think a lot of this is catering to long-time players who've gotten very good at the game and want a challenge because it seems to easy for them (the people who otherwise would use mods and plugins to make it harder, or else find something really hard to do). But in the process they forget about the average / intermediate players who like the game at its current difficulty, and risk making it too hard and frustrating for noobs just starting out. Of course, they "make games [they] like to play," (which is very good in itself), but they have been playing they're game from the beginning, so its probably very easy to everyone at Mojang, too. But some of us would rather invent are own challenges without nerfy and difficulty increases, and that get forgotten.
