Last week, Mojang worked alongside a number of indie developers for their annual Humble Bundle Mojam event, with the promise of shaving Markus "Notch" Persson's beard in the event they raised more than $500,000. Well, they surpassed their goal, and Notch has shaved his beard! We would tell you more, but this is something better seen than said - give the video a watch, and see Notch beardless for the first time!

Well, the problem here is that by personal experience, if you've had your beard for a while and then shave it, you feel so fresh and clean that you always feel tempted to not grow it back, which in Notch's case would be a loss for humanity...
