A new Snapshot is out and about, ready for your testing pleasure! Here's what is on offer this week:

Snapshot Features:

Added team based functionality to scoreboards
Adjusted balancing of bone meal
Implemented multiple snow heights
Drops more snowballs
4th height fork as slab
Crafting recipe for snow

Wait, that's not a very big list of features at all, especially considering how meaty the last few Snapshots have been! Well, that can only mean one thing: since this Snapshot is mostly bug-fixes and minor tweaks, the launch of the 1.5 Redstone Update is nearly upon us! Keep an ear to the ground, but in the meantime, give this Snapshot a test run!

OK the teams commands do work in the command blocks but not as @p but they do work as @a so you can make a lobby with the squar brackets suing a radius command instead of just using pods and the @p command so they might not fix the issue with the team commands not working with @p

I'd love to see jeb add an enchantment called explosive arrows maybe just a small explosion if the arrow were to come in contact with a block or a creeper's blast damage if it were to hit a player or mob. I'd also like to see an automatic crafting table with pipes so you pump items out of all different chests throught pipes and into different sides of the automatic crafting table then later on yu just come back and everything would be crafted or you could pump the final product out the top or bottom into another chest. look they're just ideas and i don't want minecraft to get to advanced but it would be cool if you had like an automatic farm of cocoa beans and wheat and you send them into and automatc crafting table and cookies woul be there sitting there for you. :-)

THe nerf of bonemeal has major floors. You can't make a huge jungle tree. when you go to put the bonemeal in it grows a small junge tree and it takes so much bonemeal to grow Jeb Should add dyed glass by either making it so you can craft glass and any dye together to get dyed glass or you can dye sand and smelt that dyed sand and you'll get dyed glass. look many have already thought it up but i think they're awesome ideas. :-)

I wasn't expecting craftable snow layers. Falling snow should add layers in the future, and perhaps snow layers should obey gravity instead of simply being erased when the block below is removed (I assume erasure is the current behaviour). That would be fun, seeing snow drifts fall on people. Snow Golems should only create snow on blocks without snow, though, to prevent utter chaos.

How you said it should work is exactly how it works. Bone meal doesn't seem to fail on crops. It takes 2 bone meal for wheat and potatoes, and 3 for carrots.

I'm really REALLY sad to hear that the huge jungle trees are broke :/

I don't know what people are doing wrong. I just planted 4 jungle saplings in a square, hit them with about 4-5 bonemeal, and got a large jungle tree. I did it twice just to see and it happened again.

Oh, lord. I hate the new bone meal. And the new snow is what dozens of mods have added. Can we move on to a problem that is actually IMPORTANT?

tried, but not yet succeeded, at making faster TNT firing.
for example, trying to use a piston timer or similar seems to generally result in the cannon blowing up at the dispenser (the idea though being to make something like a TNT machine-gun).

but, yeah, as can maybe be noted, as-is these can still go through a lot of TNT (able to put a big dent in a chest after a short burst of firing).

Tree's needs to have 4 stages like the other stuff like wheat, its not fun throwing away 64 bonemeal and not even getting that one stupid tree to grow. that just ruins the fun.

Also in general it would be nice to see tree's actually grow through 4 stages, so that you dont suddenly have this huge tree outside your house, and instead can say you know what i better chop this down now, because it gets to big.

I agree, tree stages should be added or at least show the bonemeal piling up...

Wow, I really like this new snapshot. It brings much more potential into redstone contraptions and brings much more variety in the machines redstone geniuses like SethBling or Hypixel could create. I'm looking forward to seeing more videos from these redstone wizards and much more epic contraptions introduced in this update/snapshot.

Well it looks like they ruined my plans for a Jungle treehouse section of my town. A stack of bonemeal for a chance to get a large jungle tree, something that cannot grow without it, from what I can tell from the above, it seems to be in intermiten bug. one of the worst kinds.

Bonemeal was not broken, Jeb just had to go all Derpy and try to fix it. Now it is broken. IF IT IS NOT BROKE, DO NOT TRY TO FIX IT!!!

I can already tell that "Bonemeal Classic" mods and pluggins will be hugely popular.

Don't know if the update to bonemeal is good or not. But I don't think that bonemeal alone should be a fertilizer. Instead, it should be an ingredient for a fertilizer.

But nice that the 1.5 update might be out any time soon now.
