We will be examining some of these changes in greater detail, but in the meantime, we have the following to consider - how are your villagers behaving with this update? How awesome is it to have working double-doors? What sort of rare items do mobs drop? Let us know about it!
The drops are very rare. I killed probably over 20 zombies before one dropped an Iron Helm, so you'll still be better off making the items on your own.

AWESOME!
Agreed. Fortifying and protecting villages becomes worthwhile now.
Also like the idea of trading the various loot to different villagers for xp.
You'd have to kill a lot of mobs to get at least just one rare drop or get REALLY lucky. Even then, the drops so far are stuff you can easily make and are not something rare like diamonds or potions of healing.

Now we need zombies to turn villagers into zombies if they catch them.

I agree with both of you and we really need quests from npcs. Also new weapons could be great or more realistic sword combat(like in skyrim).
Now all my dogs are killed :sad.gif: Luckly I have a backup.
