I can just imagine the plot...
"In a world long peaceful there one day came an incredible event the changed the future of the world and the universe along with it. Orbital debris had long filled the atmosphere since the first great space age, along with this debris was a simple, small, and insignificant ball of yarn. During the fourth space age, an accident on the astroship 9x5z caused a catastrophic spill of nuclear waste from the ship. The small ball of yarn was in the way of the nuclear waste becoming so radioactive that it fell to the planet below. Nobody noticed this ball of yarn until an old alley at found it and slowly mutated into a nuclear feline monster raising and army of more cats controlled by more nuclear strings from the ball of yarn. Now, with the power of the feminine Mattis, you must fight to save this world from this evil feline onslaught using an incredible aresonal of weapons to destroy these cats threatening the existence of humanity!"
