1.9 Updates: Possible Potions, Exciting Enchantments
Jeb has been discussing potions quite a bit lately - it seemed in the early stages of planning that potions would be brewed using a cauldron. However, recent comments strongly suggest that the cauldron is being replaced with a brewing stand (seen above).
In addition - Notch strongly hinted at an upcoming enchantment system, complete with an enchanting table or similar object (seen below). While he did confirm that it would cost Experience Points, have a 3-tier system and be "totally random", any other information on the topic has been somewhat cryptic.
With all the recent monster, item and biome additions to the game, one thing is for certain - 1.9 will be a feature-packed release!
sorry. just clening the jizz off my keybord.
notch </3
Its Minecraft And youre making it less minecrafty
And adventure and minecraft dont go
technically speaking shouldn't it be 2.0 or 2.1? not 1.10? 1.10 is less than 1.9, and that would mean that minecraft is going to the 1.1 beta, which would be backwards, not forwards... unless for some reason you were to change the rules of math or numbers... in which case...........................2 might be less than one and 0.1 might be greater than 2
And about Terraria, I personally love the game, but to compare it to Minecraft is odd, because they are two totally different games.
hmmm.. random, like the randomly generated terrain and the randomly generated dungeons/caverns/caves/mines/ravines/rivers/EVERYTHING
my point being, alot of things in minecraft are random, but minecraft isn't necesarily stupid. ¿:biggrin.gif:? do I make a valid argument?
also about the "Endoman Scrolls"; i highly doubt it
I believe that someone from the minecraft staff said 1.10
well, yes, i saw that too... i forget where but all i'm saying is it really doesn't make THAT MUCH sense
A use for books! When you learn an enchant, if you have paper in your inventory, you can write it down. Then you can make a recipe book with the paper that you wrote the enchant down on. And then you can remember it!
