RENAME YOUR FILE FROM MINECRAFT.ZIP TO MINECRAFT.JAR Holy crap people. It's been said a billion times. Why ask a question without looking for the answer first? There is a search feature for each topic.
my minecraft 1.9 wont work i downloaded it and replaced with the other minecraft.jar and it would just stay at the screen that says minecraft done loading i had 2 delete all of my worlds and i cant get them back i made this account 2 post this help me please notch help
I think they should use Millenaire for the villages and NPC, it would be less work for Mojang and it's not like they haven't used mods in pull releases of the game before.
I just registered to say almost all of you are freaking idiots :tongue.gif: Seriously, you're 2.0 vs. 1.10 logic is FULL OF FAIL. Despite it having been explained, I feel I must prove how wrong 2.0 truly is.
Games, generally, do not go by the decimal system. Now, I know, that's mind blowing and stuff and it would be enough to make your brain esplode! like a creeper, but that is how it is. Now, I bet many of you didn't take grade 12 math. At least in Canada, there were chapters of the math book. These were divided into sections. Each new concept under a general idea was regarded as a section. When we got to 2.9, and there were three more sections, they didn't go to 3.0. NO! They went to 2.10. This is because THEY ARE NOT FREAKING DECIMALS!
Second, 2.0 is generally reserved for the full version of the game (at least in many cases). Technically, if Notch had decided to, Classic would have been 1.0 and alpha/beta would have been 2.0 and so on. Also, 1.10 does not equal 1.0 because THEY ARE NOT DECIMALS! And even so, if any of you had grown up and taken any math classes OR chemistry, you would have seen that the zero is a significant number (look it up, Dewy!). You can't just remove it. It's against the rules.
Not trolling or anything so dont hate but I noticed and thought it was funny:
After 1.9 comes 1.10 rather than 2? Now we are back in Alpha if I remember correctly.
And at fading dream I am just saying that even though the 0 is a significant figure it is still pretty funny. But yes I did understand what the meant, 1.11 1.12 and stuff but as I said just a little funny.
As for the nether, great idea expanding it. Now all we need are nether trees :smile.gif:
The winrar trial doesn't matter. just close the warning window and you can use it as long as you like :smile.gif:

I want to cry at your blatant ignorance.
