1.8 Updates: Taller Worlds, Delicious Foods
Jeb posted another teaser image, this one of a cooked chicken. While nothing was specified about it, there also appears to be a new mystery bar beneath the health track - what could it be?
Additionally - Notch appears to have been experimenting with map-height changes. He went on to say that while nothing definitive is planned, they are looking into possible map height restrictions in the future.
Finally - a new launcher is being tested! You can help test it here. Bear in mind, it is only launching Minecraft for the moment, but the stress-testing of the launcher will provide helpful data for Mojang, to further improve it!
Stay tuned for further updates as they develop.
Iron Bars = Iron Ingots...
This in turn can make for new biomes, such as great ravines and high, spiky mountains covered with snow on top. The snow up on those mountains could be actual snow blocks. As for the ravines, they can be used to split two biomes. such as a desert being split apart from some mountains or grassy fields.
Jungle Biomes could get cracks that revealed lava flows or similar.
Cant wait for this update. Time to get creative :biggrin.gif:
give the the chance or opportunity (depending on how Notch codes it) to get a Critical hit. That way it's not
required to have a full hunger bar but highly recomended. Notch already said Crit hits are comming, and it may have some thing to do with hunger, just my opinion.
And didn't Notch say that if the sky limit were higher, **** would go down?
You must have missed the news posted 9 minutes before your post. It's experience.
It levels very quickly, but resets when you die.
I'm probably going to have the Unreal Tournament "Killing Spree" announcements stuck in my head while playing. I just know it.
