This post is kinda late, isn't it?

I remember this from a couple of months. Took a little bit, but at least it didn't take as long as the ssswariorcats on Youtube. I waited a couple of years for that! Still, both are good shows.

This has potential, the comedic timing is right, and the scripts aren't bad, but you desperately need better voice actors. Add that and you might have a pro-quality hit on your hands.
Alas, science has proven that your high post count is directly proportional to your douchiness.

The voicing isn't so bad; not everything has to be a "hit". I'm not of the mind to suggest too much, because the author might loose his joy of creating and working on this show/project. And that would be sad, ... because I'm really starting to like watching some of the Minecraft-based machinima out there....

But, I do tend to daydream; watching the show got me to thinking on some "what if" scenarios that the author could try out, if they would work for the show:
  • The computer malfunctions, and gains a "split personality" which is completely nice, and is at war with itself (the darker half against the other), because the 'nice' side reveals its darker side has a secret. (And it would be even funnier if, in the end, the "secret" turns out to be a binary joke, or something less interesting to humans...)
  • The "Space King" may not want to see the captain directly, but he may send an emissary or envoy to "check up" on the captain's progress, or something. (The captain needs an arch-nemesis; not necessarily evil, just someone to be at odds.)
  • The captain lands on a planet that has utopian society (maybe with tons of lava to trade?); they find his narcissism "disagreeable", and so try to use some tech to "improve" his disposition. But, they've calculated their tech based on their own physiology....
  • The alien companion gets emotional, or wants a companion of its (her?) own. Or, changes in some way that comes with consequences; the fun comes in the choices that have to be made, whether to change back or not (yeah, some plot device).
  • So, ... the engines use lava. Will many of the episodes involve (either on-screen or off-screen) going to planets to collect it, or can the captain also trade for it? If trading is possible, what does the captain have for assets, to trade? What is the economy like in this universe?
  • A "spatial phenomenon" is actually a time-vortex or something that lets the captain, or everyone on the ship, see themselves, with some embarassing instances.
  • The ship and its internals are one location that is going to be in the show. How much of the interior will we see? Will one part be "off limits to organics" or otherwise inaccessible?
I could probably daydream more; but for now I'm on my way back to YouTube.

So you don't think he should improve the voices because it might hinder his joy, but you have 500 other lengthy ideas on what he should do.

Got it.

Now you're just being obnoxious.

I specifically said it was all daydreaming, of "what if" scenarios.

My only point is that your suggestions are no more or less important than anyone else's.

Actually, his signature is not infinite! You can actually open up all the spoilers, and a message will appear. But I agree with you that his 'spoiled' message does not have a lot of added value. After opening up the spoilers, this appears:
"OPEN ALL OF THE SPOILERS!!!"
I agree with you that he should stop using this type of spoilers, but it is not an infinite one.
By the way, I am referring to the 'Strottinglemon' signature.
