The Mineathon group consists of a range of young people working together to raise money for charity through play and collaboration. In the year before the event, they have busied themselves creating mini-games on an online Minecraft server! The community votes on a charity to benefit, and then Mineathon donates all proceeds from the event to the charity chosen by the community!

Our team of programmers, designers and advertisers have been working hard in preperation for the 24-hour charity live-stream in Summer 2015. Our minigames server will be open free-of-charge to the public to play with the map creators for the full 24 hours and 100% of the money receieved will be donated to a cause that is currently being voted for by the public.
So far, Minethon has raised over $20,000 for charities, and hopes to go even higher this year! As with many charity events, there will be activities, a livestream, and a whole lot more.
