Child's Play - it's a charity most of us are familiar with.  Every year - since 2003 - Child’s Play, a game industry charity dedicated to improving the lives of children with toys and games, has raised millions of dollars to help out children in hospitals, providing them with video games, toys, books and other awesome stuff.  One of the most interesting ways that Child's Play gets the community involved is by having sanctioned events, set up by interested parties to raise funds for the charity.

One such event - hosted by Qubetubers - is getting into the spirit of things, by hosting a 48-hour Minecraft Marathon!  This isn't a series of events spread out over two days, but a full, straight 48 hours of Livestreamed Minecraft!  The stream will include a number of special guests, including (but not limited to) Direwolf20, AntVenom, and Mojang's own Marc Watson, Customer Support Guru!  This list is by no means exhaustive, and many special guests are expected to attend.

Want to get involved?  Want more details?  Check out the links below!

0_0 48 hours!?!?!?!

Well I guess if there are a ton of people they can switch on-and-off but still, AWESOMENESS!!!
Define Cute (choose 1):   A) Creepers B) Aerbunnies C) Herobrine. If you chose A): You appeal to destruction and to stereotypes.   If you chose B): You are a perfectly normal person, and enjoy the Aether Mod. If you chose C): Please leave the planet now before you set off a nuclear warhead--no one enjoys mass murders, however nice they might seem to you.

I have to be able to contact the event holder and verify information.  So far, I've not been able to contact anyone regarding Farlands or Bust.  When that changes, I'll likely post about it.  :)

DW: sure you'll do fine - and if not, well, the hilarity of you trying to do vanilla stuff will just add to the entertainment :)
