The Dark Room:  Derelict


This week, we take a look at the Derelict Pack, by TheSheWolf!  Continuing in the vein of modern-esque textures, this one definitely does not disappoint.  Be sure to leave a comment in the artist's thread if you like it - modders, texure pack artists and video makers love to hear your feedback, and know that their work is appreciated!

Mobile devices are an essential part of our everyday lives, and smartphones and tablets are becoming viable gaming platforms alongside gaming specific handheld devices. We want to know how you use mobile devices to augment or play games.

I wish i had a good enough computer to run this texture pack, I especially love when the sunsets and the shadows of the trees and buildings, etc.

Well I can't complete the survey even if I wanted to; I don't have any mobile devices at all. I havn't even had a mobile phone for almost 10 years.

It's for market research. You know how companies will say "50% of x do y"? It's for that. Having your household income allows for more accurate (and valuable) research. If you're not comfortable sharing that information you're under no obligation to complete the survey :)

Also did you notice that they labeled Minecraft Pocket Edition as a MMO?  How the fuck is it an MMO? There aren't even servers!

The shadows are part of a mod, Sonic Ether's Unbelievable shaders.  *facepalm

what games i play on my ipod? holy hell that survey would take forever. i have basicly random stuff on my ipod, something from almost every genre.

i also have game like apps that are not really games, like the augmented reality fps shooter thing.

that and i don't do surveys for anyone or anything, mostly because most want private info and i don't have the patience.

why is there no download link for this texture pack?  Do we really need to search the forums ourselves for something showcased on the front page?  Come on, I looked through the first five pages of the texture pack forum and didn't see this one.  Where is it?
