Daniel Kaplan has revealed a teaser image for the upcoming Pocket Edition update! The image reveals an interface similar to what MCX360 is expected to use for crafting, albeit more compact for touch-screens. When is the update, you ask? Soon - very soon. The image above isn't expected to be the final rendition of the menu, nor the sole update for the game; even so, it heralds exciting things for pocket-sized crafting.

When I make banners, people always say "THANK YOU SO MUCH OMG YOU ARE AWESOME" but never give me a +1. It makes me sad.

The point is that it is actually interesting, unlike Creative.

My thoughts exactly. Yes, there is the wiki and other online sources, but having something like this in-game would be that much more convenient. Experienced players may not need it, but it would be great for beginners, and would be helpful for when you might be away and don't have internet access. Seems like they would be way ahead of the community's thoughts and have this already.
It said soon. Very soon in fact.

Relax, dude! If they made the Minecraft Pocket Edition not "watered down", then everyone who is deciding to start playing Minecraft will just buy the Pocket Edition because it's just a dollar or two. Then Minecraft PC will not gain any more buyers.
As what Jeb said, it won't be completely similar.
P.S. It's Poseidon, not Pasidon.
Well, it isn't on Minecraft PE. You can't even craft anything, and you have infinite wooden planks and pickaxes and other stuff. And the only mobs are zombies, which burn in sunlight!
